Daniel brings over 12+ years of expertise in blockchain infrastructure and protocol development. As CEO of Kintsugi Technologies, a web3 venture studio, he builds hyperlocalized web3 embassies focusing on sovereign infrastructure, development, and ecosystem growth. His previously leadership roles include Head of Protocols at Stakefish and Special Projects Lead at F2Pool. Daniel founded the Blockchain Infrastructure Forum, an exclusive invite-only forum for protocols, infrastructure providers, institutions, and regulators, and serves on multiple top protocol validator advisory boards.
At Stakefish, one of the world's largest institutional staking providers, Daniel oversaw protocol relationships and strategic initiatives across proof-of-stake networks, managing relationships with protocol foundations and core development teams. He developed unparalleled insights into validator economics, protocol governance dynamics, network security considerations, and the operational requirements for running mission-critical blockchain infrastructure at scale. His work at F2Pool, one of the world’s oldest and largest mining pools, gave him a deep understanding of the blockchain infrastructure and mining ecosystem—knowledge that directly informs MDAT's infrastructure strategies.
Through the Blockchain Infrastructure Forum, Daniel cultivates relationships with decision-makers across leading protocols, institutional infrastructure providers, regulatory bodies, and industry organizations. His advisory board positions with top-tier protocols provide MDAT with privileged access to protocol roadmaps, governance discussions, and strategic planning processes—enabling MDAT to position DAT strategies ahead of major protocol developments and ecosystem shifts.

Jason brings over two decades of experience building and scaling technology businesses across global markets, with particular expertise in bridging traditional commerce with emerging web3 ecosystems. As Chief Commercial Officer at Immutable, he was instrumental in driving commercial strategy for one of the leading web3 gaming and NFT platforms, establishing partnerships and go-to-market frameworks that enabled mainstream adoption of blockchain-based digital assets.
Prior to Immutable, Jason served as Managing Director for Southeast Asia at Shopify, where he led regional expansion strategy and established the company's commercial presence across one of the world's fastest-growing e-commerce markets. His work involved partnering with merchants, payment providers, and logistics partners to build the infrastructure necessary for digital commerce at scale—experience directly applicable to building sustainable blockchain ecosystem economies.
Earlier in his career, as Managing Director for APAC at Hearsay Systems (acq. by YEXT), Jason developed deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, strategic partnerships, and navigating complex regulatory environments across diverse markets. This background provides MDAT with proven methodologies for institutional client engagement, partnership structuring, and commercial execution in regulated industries—critical capabilities for DATs seeking to establish credibility and scale within both traditional and decentralized financial systems.
Jason's unique combination of web2 commercial discipline, web3 ecosystem experience, and regional market knowledge positions him to design treasury strategies that don't just accumulate assets but actively deploy them to build commercially viable ecosystem infrastructure and partnerships that drive sustainable adoption and value creation.

Tom combines legal expertise from top-tier international law practice with hands-on strategic experience building one of the most successful blockchain ecosystems in the industry. At Solana Foundation, as Director of Strategy, Tom was responsible for shaping the foundation's strategic initiatives during a period of explosive ecosystem growth, helping to establish frameworks for grants, ecosystem development, and institutional partnerships that contributed to Solana's emergence as a leading layer-1 platform.
During his tenure at Solana Labs in Strategy and Growth roles, Tom worked directly on ecosystem expansion initiatives, protocol adoption strategies, and business development efforts that brought major applications, developers, and institutional participants into the Solana ecosystem. His work spanned technical partnership structuring, developer relations strategy, and ecosystem funding mechanisms—providing him with intimate knowledge of what actually drives sustainable blockchain ecosystem growth versus superficial metrics.
Currently, as Business Development lead at DoubleZero Foundation, Tom continues to apply his ecosystem development expertise to emerging protocols, providing MDAT with current insights into evolving ecosystem dynamics, emerging technologies, and innovative treasury strategies being deployed across the industry.
Tom's rare combination of elite legal training, ecosystem building experience at a top-tier protocol, and ongoing engagement with cutting-edge blockchain projects enables MDAT to design treasury strategies that are simultaneously legally sound, strategically sophisticated, and operationally effective at driving genuine ecosystem value.

Angelina brings unparalleled regulatory, operational, and institutional expertise to MDAT. As CEO of Stratford Finance, she advises brokerages, fund managers, and technology providers on regulatory and operational challenges in financial services and digital assets. Her distinguished career includes senior management roles at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), London Metal Exchange (LME), Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), BitMEX (Global Chief Operating Officer), HashKey Group, Cantor Fitzgerald, CLSA, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and HG Asia/ABN AMRO. Angelina chairs The Women's Foundation and serves on multiple institutional boards including Ebenezer School for the Blind, University of Wollongong Hong Kong, Web3 Harbour, Chevalier Hong Kong, and Zurich Life Insurance Hong Kong.
Angelina's tenure at HKEX and LME (a subsidiary of the HKEX) provide her with a deep understanding of exchange operations, market structure, clearing and settlement systems, and the regulatory frameworks that govern global capital markets. Her time at the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission gives her regulatory perspective from the enforcement and policy-making side, enabling her to anticipate regulatory trends and design compliant structures before regulations crystallize—a critical capability as global regulators increasingly focus on digital asset treasury operations.
As the former Global Chief Operating Officer at BitMEX and in her subsequent role at HashKey Group, Angelina navigated the operational complexities of running large-scale digital asset platforms while managing regulatory relationships across multiple jurisdictions. This experience provided her with practical knowledge of what works operationally in digital asset businesses versus what merely sounds good on paper. Her ongoing advisory work through Stratford Finance keeps her current on evolving regulatory expectations, emerging compliance technologies, and best practices for institutional-grade digital asset operations, ensuring MDAT's treasury strategies reflect the latest regulatory and operational standards.
